Ask what Tephlo holds about you, have it erased or corrected, ask us to stop using it, or complain about how an earlier request was handled. There is no charge, and you do not need an account.
If you messaged a business that uses Tephlo, that business decides what happens to your data and can act on it straight away — asking them directly is the fastest route. Use this form when you cannot reach them, do not know who they are, or would rather not contact them: we will identify the workspace, pass your request on, and tell you what happened. Deleting your data explains what erasure removes and how long it takes.
If you are not satisfied with the answer you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC). We would rather hear from you first.
